Mellow was an owner surrender to us. She was living in a bedroom with another female cat because the family had dogs who were not cat friendly loose in the house. Mellow was a shy gal when we first got her and now she has blossomed into a playful, curious, and quirky lady. She has figured what toys are and is learning to use her paws gently and not to use her mouth. Her nickname is Mellow Yellow and will come running up to you if her nose hasn’t gotten her into checking out new smells.
